Welcome to the UNARMS elearning recordkeeping programme.

Every member of UN staff, whether at HQ or in the field, uses records and the majority of staff also create records. These records provide evidence of and information about the work done and some of them will become the historical records of the UN.

To help you understand more about records, their management and your responsibilities as a UN staff member, please start by completeing the orientation questionnaire

If you want to know more about records please go to the introductory module Record and Information Matters in the UN then test your learning

You can also follow a learning and assessment programme by registering for individual modules or the programme specifically designed for your particular recordkeeping responsibility :

  1. recordkeeping for all UN staff members
  2. recordkeeping for senior managers
  3. recordkeeping for records clerks
  4. recordkeeping for records managers
  5. recordkeeping for ICT staff
This will give you the complete list of Modules and programmes
